The most useful message you can send is one that corrects a wrong value. Everything else is welcome too. Pick the matching reason below so the message lands in the right place straight away.

01

What is it about?

Five reasons, five routes. Your choice pre-sets the form below.

02

Found a wrong value?

The more precise the report, the faster the fix. Four details are enough for us to check straight away instead of writing back to ask.

  1. Which firm

The firm's name, ideally with programme and account size, or simply the link to the page on our site.

  2. Which value

The value exactly as it appears on our side, for example "Max. daily loss: 5%". The row it sits in helps.

  3. What is correct

The right value with its conditions, such as from which purchase date it applies or for which platform.

  4. Where it comes from

The URL of the firm's own source: rules page, help article or terms. A screenshot without a source is not enough; we need to be able to read it ourselves.

We check it at the firm's own source. If the report holds, we change the value, set a new date and add the source, including when the firm concerned is a partner.

Address & legal details

Postal address, authorised representative and register details are in the legal notice. We do not repeat them here and we do not make them up.

PropCrab is not investment or financial advice and not a prop firm. Challenges cost a fee, mostly run on simulated accounts, and the fee is usually lost when a rule is broken.

What we cannot answer

We do not give investment or financial advice, however the question is phrased. That is the line between a comparison site and a regulated activity.

We do answer

  • Which rule we show for which firm, and which source it came from.
  • How a sort order is produced and which figure sits behind it.
  • How two challenges differ on price, drawdown, consistency rule or payouts.
  • When a value was last confirmed at its source and what is still open.

We do not answer

  • "Which prop firm is right for me?" That is what the filters, the comparison and the calculators are for.
  • "Will I pass this challenge?" We do not compute chances of success.
  • "Is this strategy or this trade a good idea?"
  • Anything about your personal tax, legal or financial situation.

A dispute with a prop firm

We are not a complaints body and have no access to your account. We cannot release a payout, lift a restriction or mediate between you and a firm. That belongs with the firm first. The firms are generally not supervised and there is no ombudsman; the Financial Commission is a private dispute-resolution body. If a firm applies a rule differently from how it published it, send us the source and we will check our entry.
