1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the PropCrab website (propcrab.io) and the calculators it offers, including where they are embedded on another website. Operator: Kujtim Murati, Gartenstrasse 6, 9240 Uzwil, Switzerland. Contact: info@propcrab.io.

2. What PropCrab is

PropCrab is an editorial comparison and information service about prop trading firms and their paid evaluation programmes ("challenges"). We collect the rules, prices and conditions the firms publish themselves, name the source and date of every figure, and put them side by side.

We do not sell challenges, do not arrange contracts and do not provide investment advice, investment brokerage, asset management or any other financial service that requires a licence. A contract for a challenge is formed solely between you and the firm, on its terms. No advisory contract is formed between you and us.

3. No recommendation, no forecast of success

All content — comparisons, metrics, calculators, guides, Red and Green Flag labels — is for information only. It does not take your financial situation, goals or experience into account and is not a recommendation to buy any particular challenge. The calculators work with your own assumptions; their results are not a forecast. Simulated profits are not income, and most participants do not pass a challenge (see the risk notice).

We do not provide trading signals, market forecasts or recommendations on individual trades.

4. Accuracy and timeliness

Every figure about a firm carries a source and the date on which we confirmed it at that source. What we could not confirm is shown as "–" with a reason, never as 0. Even so, firms change rules, prices and conditions often, frequently at short notice and unilaterally, and errors can occur in transcription. All information is therefore provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Only the firm's terms in force at the time of purchase are authoritative. Read them in full before buying.

If you spot an error, tell us via the contact form; we check it at the source and correct it with an entry in the change log.

5. Simulated accounts

We describe accounts the way the firm describes them. At most firms the account after passing ("funded") is also a simulated account with a profit share. Whether, when and how much a firm pays out is decided by the firm alone under its terms. We give no assurance about it.

6. Links to firms and partner links

Links that take you to a firm go through an internal redirect path (/go/...); source references, next to single values as well as in source lists, and the pages checked for a data gap link straight to the evidence or the checked page. Where we have a partner agreement with a firm, the link is labelled "Advertising · partner link" and we may receive a commission; this costs you nothing extra. Without an agreement the link reads "Direct link to the firm". What this means for sorting and content is set out in the disclosure.

7. Firm names and trademarks

The firm and product names mentioned are marks of their owners. We use them descriptively, solely to identify the firm discussed, and show no firm logos as eye-catchers. Naming a firm does not mean it endorses, commissioned or influenced PropCrab.

8. Trader reviews

You can submit reviews of prop firms on PropCrab. The published rules for trader reviews apply, in particular:

• You describe only your own experiences and disclose any relationship with the firm (employment, partnership, work for a competitor).
• You do not infringe the rights of others, in particular personality and data protection rights, and make no false statements of fact.
• You receive nothing in return for a review, neither from us nor from the firm or third parties.
• We read every review before publication and publish it in full or not at all; we do not edit text. There is no right to publication. A review is not published, or later removed, only for the reasons listed exhaustively in the rules; a bad experience or a low rating is not one of them.
• By submitting you grant us, for the duration of publication, the free, non-exclusive right to publish the review on PropCrab, including in summaries and as structured data for search engines.
• Trader reviews are self-reported. Any individual evidence review is identified separately and does not establish a comprehensive check or the firm’s reliability. We do not adopt the statements as our own.
• You can report a published review that you consider unlawful via the “Report this review” link next to it. We examine every report and decide.

9. Sharing, quoting and embedding

You may share and quote individual figures, comparisons and graphics from PropCrab if you name PropCrab as the source and link to the page. You may embed the calculators unchanged using the code offered on the site. Automated mass extraction of the website is not permitted; search engines follow robots.txt.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential duty, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

We accept no liability for purchase decisions, trading decisions or losses — in particular lost challenge fees — arising from the information provided here. We have no influence over the content of external websites, including the firms' own; their operators alone are responsible for them.

11. Availability

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the website or of individual features.

12. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the operator's seat applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published at the time of your use applies.
