Per the FAQ FFF charges no payout processing fees; any fees are set by the payout provider Rise. Requests before 5:00 pm ET on business days are reviewed the same day; approved payouts are sent through Rise in 1–3 business days.

Per the terms all fees are final and non-refundable; FFF names no refund of the fee with a payout.

No scaling plan: full size (3 minis / 30 micros) from day one. Path to the Professional Stage (80/20): possible after 3 approved payouts or USD 10,000 in approved sim payouts, not automatic, subject to Risk Management review. Live execution on Rithmic only follows after that (after USD 5,000 in approved Professional Stage payouts or an initial Professional Stage payout) and is not guaranteed either.

At least one trade held 10 seconds or more per week (Mon–Fri) per account; otherwise the account is closed as inactive and cannot be restored.

News (e.g. FOMC, CPI, NFP) may be traded unless the account's rules say otherwise; straddles, strangles and news-only gambles are prohibited.

Trading in the evening session is allowed, but no positions through the daily market break: open positions are closed automatically at the daily close (not a rule violation). The help article (24 Sep 2026) says 4:45 pm ET, the FAQ (14 Aug 2026) 4:15 pm ET; trading resumes at 6:00 pm ET.

Bots, algorithms, expert advisors and any automated order entry are prohibited. Over 50% of trades and over 50% of profit must come from positions held longer than 10 seconds. The sources contradict each other on VPN and VPS: the bots article and the “Payout & Trading Rules” page allow VPN and VPS, “Prohibited Trading Conduct” allows a personal VPN/VPS but sanctions VPS use in its table, and the Labs guide lists VPN or VPS use as a reason for denied payouts.

Copying between your own accounts is allowed; trade copiers connected to someone else's account, signal groups placing identical trades and coordinated trading with others are prohibited.
