With the 3rd consecutive payout on the same account the challenge price actually paid (after discounts, excluding add-ons) is refunded – as Atlas Balance (credit for challenges and add-ons, cannot be withdrawn), not in cash. On Access that is only the USD 5 entry fee; the "funded" fee is not refunded. The refund policy (6 Aug 2026) still names the 4th payout for Access.

At least one new trade every 30 days, otherwise the account is breached (evaluation and "funded"); Atlas emails after 23 and 29 days.

Prohibited: opposite positions across Atlas accounts or with other firms/brokers to pass or be paid on one side, and "reverse trading" (opposing positions in the same account to manufacture profit). The fetched pages do not say explicitly whether plain hedging within one account is allowed. The older trading rules page (July 2026) permits hedging between your own Atlas accounts as long as each stays within its limits.
