Per Atlas all trading is simulated (evaluation and "funded" account); no real capital on live markets. Payouts are real rewards based on simulated performance.

Checked live on equity. The older trading rules page (July 2026) still describes an intraday trailing drawdown that locks at breakeven and a hard floating-loss breach for Instant Funded. Also on the "funded" account: Atlas Protector – if the net floating loss of all open positions reaches 2% of the initial balance, all positions are closed and the split drops to 50% for the rest of the account's life; the second time the account is breached. Margin rule: at 80% of margin in use all positions are closed and their profit deducted (not a breach).

Best day (net closed profit, UTC day) ÷ total net closed profit since the last payout (or since the account was created) ≤ 20%. Otherwise the payout waits until further profitable days bring the share down; not a breach. If the cycle's total profit is zero or negative, the check passes. Example: cycle profit USD 2,000, best day USD 600 (30%) → wait; after USD 1,000 more on other days it is USD 600 of 3,000 = 20% → request possible.

Day with net closed profit of at least 1% of the starting balance; losing days do not reset the count. With No Minimum Trading Days (+20%) no minimum days from the 4th payout.

After the first Atlas Protector trigger 50% for the rest of the account's life (also with the 100% add-on); with the On-Demand Payout add-on (1-Step, 2-Step) 50% on the first payout. The terms (29 Oct 2026) state 80% as the default but refer to the pricing table and dashboard for the parameters that apply; the pricing widget and the help centre state 90% (the dashboard was not fetched).

Processing per the Payout Reward Guarantee: first payout within 24 working hours, later ones within 48 (working hours Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 BST); USD 1,000 credited if late. With the 3rd consecutive payout on the same account the challenge price actually paid (after discounts, excluding add-ons) is refunded – as Atlas Balance (credit for challenges and add-ons, cannot be withdrawn), not in cash. The refund policy (6 Aug 2026) still names the 5th payout for Instant.

At least one new trade every 30 days, otherwise the account is breached (evaluation and "funded"); Atlas emails after 23 and 29 days.

Free during the evaluation. On the "funded" account the profit of trades opened or closed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after high-impact news (Forex Factory red folder) is deducted; positions opened inside the window are closed automatically. Applies to every instrument; not a breach.

The terms (29 Oct 2026), however, list "unapproved automated tools" as prohibited ("some Expert Advisors are permitted; ask before you rely on one"), and per the help centre the terms and agreement prevail where they differ. On the "funded" account the profit of any trade held under 3 minutes is deducted, EAs included.

Prohibited: opposite positions across Atlas accounts or with other firms/brokers to pass or be paid on one side, and "reverse trading" (opposing positions in the same account to manufacture profit). The fetched pages do not say explicitly whether plain hedging within one account is allowed. The older trading rules page (July 2026) permits hedging between your own Atlas accounts as long as each stays within its limits.

Forex 1:100

Accounts set up with leverage up to 1:100; the margin required per instrument is set by the platform's symbol settings, which per the help centre "can be lower for indices, metals and other volatile instruments".
