Phase 1: Challenge
- Profit target
10 %
audacity.capital- Daily loss
3 %
from the higher of balance and equity at day start
Reset: 00:00 MT5 server time (GMT+2 Nov–Feb, GMT+3 Mar–Oct)
a breach ends the account
3% of the higher of balance and equity at rollover (midnight MT5 server time); then fixed for the day, intraday gains do not raise the limit. Firm's example: balance at rollover USD 100,000 → equity must not fall below USD 97,000 that day. Breaching the daily or the maximum limit ends the account.
audacity.capital- Maximum loss
6 % · static
The floor stays fixed at the starting balance minus the limit.
Stops: Fixed floor at 94% of the initial balance; equity must not fall below it at any time.
audacity.capital- Minimum trading days
none
No minimum trading days and no minimum profitable days per the terms ("Challenge Phase: No minimum trading days"), the guidelines, the rules table of the Ability One FAQ, the programme page and the pricing table. Conflict: the overview in the same FAQ still says "a minimum of 3 trading days, including at least 2 profitable trading days", and the Funded Trader Program page says 3 minimum days (earlier wording). Per the terms, the terms prevail where they conflict with the Knowledge Center.
audacity.capital- Time limit
unlimited
audacity.capital- Consistency rule
none
Per the FAQ, guidelines and terms the 50% consistency rule applies on the live account only, not in the evaluation.

Simulated account with profit shareSIM
"Funded" means here what the firm itself states below.
- Account type
Simulated account
Per the terms all programmes, Ability One (1-Step) included, "primarily" operate in a simulated environment with fictitious funds; clause 2.1: "initially operate in a simulated trading environment using fictitious funds and market data". A transfer to a live account with the firm's own capital is at the firm's discretion and "not guaranteed" (clause 2.3). Conflict: the programme page gives the account status as "Live Capital" and its FAQ says passing leads to "a live funded account"; the Ability One FAQ says "your live funded account", the checkout "transition faster to a live funded account", the Funded Trader Program FAQ "either a simulated funded account that mirrors live prices or a live one". Per the terms, the terms prevail where they conflict with the Knowledge Center.

audacity.capital- Consistency rule
≤ 50 % · best day ÷ total profit
payout waits until met
Best trading day profit ÷ total net profit (profits minus losses) × 100 may be at most 50%; applies on the live account only, not in the evaluation, and resets after every payout. Firm's example: net profit USD 2,000, best day USD 1,200 → 60%, not met; USD 2,400 net profit is needed (1,200 ÷ 0.50), i.e. USD 400 more. Per the terms the total net profit must be positive, and while the rule is not met the trader is not eligible for the affected payout.
The Funded Trader Program page still says "No Consistency Rule" (earlier wording); the checkout product texts also still contain "No consistency rule".
audacity.capital- Trading days per payout
none
No minimum trading days and no minimum profitable days on the live account; per the guidelines the 50% consistency rule replaces them. The first payout is only possible 14 days after the first trade on the funded account.
audacity.capital- Profit split
75 %, up to 90 %
Starts at 75%; 85% once profits reach or exceed 10%; up to 90% with consistent performance in line with the scaling plan. The checkout lists 75% for every account size, including the follow-on stages after a payout ("Ability One Step Live after WD").
audacity.capital- First payout
14 days
Earliest 14 days after the first trade on the funded account. Requirements: consistency score at most 50%, the payout method's minimum reached, account compliant; no minimum trading days and no minimum profitable days. Review usually 3–5 business days; no trading during the review. No payout after a rule breach, even if the account is in profit.
audacity.capital- Payout rhythm
every 14 days
After the first payout every 14 days.
audacity.capital- Minimum payout
USD 20
USD 20 for every withdrawal method except Rise; via Rise at least USD 1,000.
audacity.capital- Fee refund
no refund
Per the Ability One FAQ the fee is neither refunded nor returned with a payout ("Fee refunds apply to the Ability Challenge (2-Step) programme only"); the terms also exclude Ability One from the reimbursement. The Funded Trader Program page still calls the fee "Refundable" and promises a refund with the first payout (earlier wording).
audacity.capital- Scaling
With at least 2.5% net profit per month for three consecutive months and at least one withdrawal, the account is increased by 100% once that payout is approved; reviewed every three months (90 days), up to USD 2M total allocation per the FAQ. A rule violation that led to a reduced payout or an account reset excludes scaling for the current 90-day period. Evaluation accounts up to USD 200,000 per programme, live allocation at most USD 400,000 across all programmes.
audacity.capital- Inactivity
The account is terminated after six consecutive months without trading activity (terms, FAQ and Funded Trader Program page agree).

Trading rules
- News trading
restricted
No opening, closing (TP/SL included) or adding to positions from 3 minutes before to 3 minutes after high-impact news or speeches (e.g. NFP, FOMC, rate decisions); per the guidelines this applies to all programmes. The programme page calls news trading permitted as long as the programme rules are followed. Pending orders placed shortly before news just to catch the spike are prohibited per the terms and guidelines. One FAQ answer on the Funded Trader Program page is stricter and says no open positions may be held in that window.
audacity.capital- Holding overnight
allowed
audacity.capital- Holding over the weekend
allowed
Holding over the weekend allowed; deliberately exploiting weekend gaps is prohibited, and losses from gaps remain the trader's responsibility.
audacity.capital- EAs / bots
restricted
Only self-developed EAs; purchased, shared or third-party-coded EAs, HFT and third-party signals are prohibited. VPS for EAs allowed, VPN generally not.
audacity.capital- Copy trading
restricted
Only between the trader's own accounts (also from an external account if it belongs to the trader). Copying third parties and third-party account management are prohibited.
audacity.capital- Hedging
forbidden
Opposite positions in the same instrument are prohibited, within one account or across accounts. Also prohibited: trades held for about 2 minutes or less (tick scalping), martingale, DCA, grid trading, exploiting system flaws and oversized lots.
audacity.capital- Leverage
Forex 1:100 · Metals 1:50 · Indices 1:100 · energies 1:25 · Crypto 1:2
Values per the guidelines' leverage table, the same in the Challenge and Funded phases; the FAQ on the Funded Trader Program page instead says 1:100 "across all assets". Lot size is contradictory: the guidelines say "You can open any lot size amount", while the FAQ (General) and the Funded Trader Program page state at most 10 lots per open position. Per the Ability One FAQ commissions apply; only gold is named, at USD 3 per lot per side.

audacity.capital- Time limit

audacity.capital- Consistency rule
none
Per website and FAQ there is no consistency rule. The terms, however, contain a "Consistency Clause": trade duration and lot size must be consistent to satisfy the minimum trading days, and the risk team may assess consistency at its discretion. An FAQ section titled "Competition Accounts Only" says the consistency rule applies only to free competition accounts; the same section, however, describes a "Consistency Score" = (1 − best day ÷ sum of all profitable days) × 100, measured across the Ability Challenge, Ability One and FTP in all phases (below 50 keep trading, 50–70 risk-team review).

Account after the evaluation
"Funded" means here what the firm itself states below.
- Account type
not stated
Contradictory statements: per the terms the evaluation is a "Demo Challenge" with fictitious funds. For the payout stage the website says "Live Capital" or "live funded account", while the FAQ says "either a simulated funded account that mirrors live prices or a live one", depending on the account. Payouts are in real money according to the firm.
