Account type

Simulated account

Per the terms:"AudaCity Capital's trading programs, including the Ability Challenge (2-Step), Ability One (1-Step) and FTP (Instant Funding), primarily operate in a simulated trading environment using fictitious funds." Clause 2.1: "All trading programs, including Ability Challenge (2-Step), Ability One (1-Step), and FTP (Instant Funding), initially operate in a simulated trading environment using fictitious funds and market data." A transfer to a live account with the firm's own capital is at the firm's discretion and "not guaranteed" (clause 2.3). The instant-funding page FAQ likewise says it "operates in a simulated trading environment that mirrors live market conditions". Conflict: the FTP FAQ says "a live funded account from day one", the instant-funding page "trade a live instant funded account from day one", the pricing table labels the column "Live Account", the checkout "a live data account". The FAQ (General) answers "Am I trading with live funds?" only with "Our accounts operate in live market conditions". Per the terms, the terms prevail where they conflict with the Knowledge Center.

audacity.capital
Daily loss

5 %

other basis

Reset: 00:00 MT5 server time (GMT+2 Nov–Feb, GMT+3 Mar–Oct)

a breach ends the account

Trailing: the floor is 95% of the day's highest equity (open positions included), rises intraday and never falls; reset at 00:00 MT5 server time. Example: equity high USD 10,400 → floor USD 9,880. Touching the floor closes the account automatically.

audacity.capital
Maximum loss

10 % · static

The floor stays fixed at the starting balance minus the limit.

Stops: Fixed floor at 90% of the initial balance (equity including open positions); does not rise with profits. The instant-funding page elsewhere advertises a "Trailing Drawdown" ("The drawdown limit adjusts as your account balance increases"); the FTP FAQ, rules table and pricing table state 10% static, the terms 10%.

audacity.capital
Consistency rule

≤ 35 % · best day ÷ total profit

payout waits until met

Best trading day profit ÷ total net profit (profits minus losses) × 100 may be at most 35%; the score resets after every payout. Firm's example: net profit USD 1,000, best day USD 420 → 42%, not met; USD 1,200 net profit is needed (420 ÷ 0.35). Per the terms the total net profit must be positive, and while the rule is not met the trader is not eligible for the affected payout.

The FAQ on the Funded Trader Program page still says "Audacity Capital does not apply a consistency rule" (earlier wording).

audacity.capital
Trading days per payout

none

No minimum trading days and no minimum profitable days; the 35% consistency rule replaces them. The Funded Trader Program page still says 5 minimum days (earlier wording).

audacity.capital
Profit split

75 %, up to 85 %

75% on the first payout, 80% on the second, 85% from the third payout onward for the rest of the account's life; the same for every account size. The checkout lists 75% for every size, including the follow-on stages after a payout ("FTP 2.0 After WD"). The Funded Trader Program page still says "Up to 80%" (earlier wording).

audacity.capital
First payout

14 days

Payouts on a 14-day cycle counted from the first trade. Requirements: consistency score at most 35%, account not breached, the payout method's minimum reached; no profit target and no minimum trading days. Then a risk-team review of 1–3 working days during which the account must not be traded.

Two pages still carry earlier wording: under "Are there any time limits" the guidelines say for FTP "Unlimited trading days to reach 10% profit target", and the FAQ on the Funded Trader Program page says "10% profit target to become eligible for a withdrawal".

audacity.capital
Payout rhythm

every 14 days

Every 14 calendar days, counted from the first trade.

audacity.capital
Minimum payout

USD 20

USD 20 for every withdrawal method except Rise; via Rise at least USD 1,000.

audacity.capital
Fee refund

no refund

Per the terms the fee reimbursement applies only to the Ability Challenge (2-Step), not to FTP.

audacity.capital
Scaling

none

No scaling plan: the account size stays the same for the account's life; the split rises with each payout instead. Only one active FTP account per trader; it counts at full size towards the USD 400,000 total allocation across all programmes. The "Getting Started" FAQ instead still states up to USD 200,000 of FTP allocation (e.g. four 50K accounts).

audacity.capital
Inactivity

The account is terminated after six consecutive months without trading activity (terms, FAQ and Funded Trader Program page agree).

audacity.capital

Trading rules

News trading

restricted

No opening, closing (TP/SL included) or adding to positions from 3 minutes before to 3 minutes after high-impact news or speeches; the guidelines state explicitly that this applies to FTP. Pending orders placed shortly before news just to catch the spike are prohibited per the terms and guidelines. One FAQ answer on the Funded Trader Program page is stricter and says no open positions may be held in that window.

audacity.capital
Holding overnight

allowed

audacity.capital
Holding over the weekend

allowed

Holding over the weekend allowed; deliberately exploiting weekend gaps is prohibited, and losses from gaps remain the trader's responsibility.

audacity.capital
EAs / bots

restricted

Only self-developed EAs; purchased, shared or third-party-coded EAs, HFT and third-party signals are prohibited. VPS for EAs allowed, VPN generally not.

audacity.capital
Copy trading

restricted

Only between the trader's own accounts (also from an external account if it belongs to the trader). Copying third parties and third-party account management are prohibited.

audacity.capital
Hedging

forbidden

Opposite positions in the same instrument are prohibited, within one account or across accounts. Also prohibited: trades held for about 2 minutes or less (tick scalping), martingale, DCA, grid trading, exploiting system flaws and oversized lots.

audacity.capital
Leverage

Forex 1:30 · Metals 1:30 · Indices 1:30 · energies 1:60 · Crypto 1:2

Values per the guidelines' leverage table; the FAQ on the Funded Trader Program page says 1:30 "across all assets". Lot size is contradictory: the guidelines say "You can open any lot size amount", while the FAQ (General) and the Funded Trader Program page state at most 10 lots per open position. Per the FTP FAQ commissions apply (forex and metals USD 6 per round trip, indices USD 10 per lot), as do swaps; no swap-free option.

Rule versions (2)

Older versions stay visible: if you bought before the cut-off, you often keep trading under them.

Older version – applied to purchases up to 1 November 2026

recorded by us on 2 November 2026 · applies to purchases up to 1 November 2026 · for new purchases

Existing accounts: Still applies to FTP accounts purchased before 2 Nov 2026: per the firm they continue under the rules in effect at the time of purchase.

Account after the evaluation

No evaluation phase: you start directly on the account below.

Account type

not stated

Contradictory statements: the FTP FAQ says it "operates in a simulated trading environment", the same page advertises a "live instant funded account", and the Funded Trader Program terms describe a "trading account in live environment using MT5".

10 % · static

Stops: Fixed floor at 90% of the initial balance (equity). The programme page elsewhere mentions a "Trailing Drawdown"; FAQ and rules table state 10% static.

audacity.capital
Consistency rule

none

Per website and FAQ there is no consistency rule. The terms, however, contain a "Consistency Clause": trade duration and lot size must be consistent to satisfy the minimum trading days, and the risk team may assess consistency at its discretion. An FAQ section titled "Competition Accounts Only" says the consistency rule applies only to free competition accounts; the same section, however, describes a "Consistency Score" = (1 − best day ÷ sum of all profitable days) × 100, measured across the Ability Challenge, Ability One and FTP in all phases (below 50 keep trading, 50–70 risk-team review).

audacity.capital
Trading days per payout

5 days

At least 3 of them profitable; a day counts when a position is opened on it (trades held over several days count only on the opening day).

audacity.capital
Profit split

50 %, up to 80 %

Depends on account size, stage and time to the 10% target: under 30 days +10 percentage points. FAQ table: 5K/10K/25K start at 50% (over 30 days) or 60% (under 30 days), 50K at 60%/70%; top stages 70%/80%. The website's scaling calculator and the checkout show 50%/60% for 50K stage 1 instead. Calculated on the profit target, not on net profit.

audacity.capital
First payout

5 trading days

Once a 10% profit is reached and at least 5 trading days (3 of them profitable) are met; then a risk-team review of 1–3 working days without trading.

audacity.capital
Payout rhythm

per cycle

Payout each time the 10% target is reached; a new account with double the size is issued at the same time. The website pricing table says "Bi-Weekly".

audacity.capital
Minimum payout

USD 20

Minimum withdrawal amount.

audacity.capital
Fee refund

no refund

audacity.capital
Scaling

Account size doubles each time the 10% target is reached (no time limit), up to over USD 2M per the firm. Purchasable allocation at most USD 200,000 per programme and USD 400,000 across all programmes.

audacity.capital
Inactivity

FAQ: an account is permanently disabled after six months without trading activity. The terms instead state termination after one consecutive month without trading on the funded account.

Paid challenge on a simulated account · the fee is usually lost when a rule is broken · firms are generally not supervised · CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage.
