Forex accounts: currency pairs, gold and silver (XAUUSD, XAGUSD), indices (US500, US100, US30, GER40, UK100, JP225), energy (USOIL, UKOIL, NATGAS) and selected crypto pairs. Crypto accounts: over 70 pairs, around the clock. Futures on For Traders X: ES, NQ, YM (CME), GC, SI, HG (COMEX), CL, NG (NYMEX) and grains (CBOT, e.g. ZC). The FAQ mentions stock CFDs "on selected platforms" without details.

fortraders.com
Identity check (KYC)
after passing the evaluation

Challenge accounts: after passing and before the Master account, via Veriff (ID card or passport, selfie, possibly proof of address; usually 2–3 minutes), then manual review (up to 48 hours) and contract. Instant and Pay After Pass accounts: KYC and contract only right before the first payout. For Traders may additionally require a video verification call (to be booked within 48 hours, reschedulable once). If KYC fails after two attempts, per the help centre you get a full refund of the fee.

Contradictory: the "How It Works", "Trading Challenges" and "Pay After Pass" pages say in general that KYC and contract happen only right before the first payout; the help centre, FAQ and rules page require them for challenge accounts after passing and before the Master account.

help.fortraders.com
Paying for the challenge
Card, Crypto

Visa and Mastercard (via Stripe) and crypto via Confirmo (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL and others). The terms (6.9) generally also mention bank transfer and other methods listed on the website. Settlement via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. ("Paysagi") as merchant of record. A chargeback counts as a material breach.

help.fortraders.com
Payout methods
Rise, Crypto

Payouts go to the For Traders wallet; from there by crypto transfer (USD 100–399) or via Rise (from USD 400; bank transfer, crypto, local methods).

help.fortraders.com
Refunds
Per the terms the fee is non-refundable, including on cancellation, early termination, a failed challenge or a rule breach; the Pay After Pass entry fee is likewise non-refundable. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason as long as they have not opened a demo trade; the first trade extinguishes the right. No withdrawal after an account closure for a rule breach or after a chargeback. If KYC fails after two attempts, per the help centre For Traders refunds the fee in full.fortraders.com
Minimum age
18+

Minimum age 18 per the terms (4.1, 4.2). Per the help centre individuals only; accounts in the name of companies or other legal entities are not possible. The terms (5.7, 7.2), however, still provide for clients registered as a legal entity.

Red Flags & Green Flags

Red Flag or Green Flag? Every call follows fixed criteria and shows its source. What our sources cannot answer stays "Unclear". Flags are never added up – there is no score.

  • Unclear

Is the firm on a regulator's warning list?

A documented check against the warning lists is not on record for this firm yet.

  • Unclear

Was there a documented payout stop, sales stop or closure (24 months)?

No such event is documented in our sources. That is not proof there was none.

  • Green Flag

Rule changes apply to new purchases only, with a cut-off date; no documented retroactive change in 24 months.

Accounts bought before 8 June 2026 partly keep the previous rules (separate help articles), including the 70% profit-target rule, forex leverage of 1:40 instead of 1:30 in the Master account and, for the Fast account, at most USD 20,000 instead of 15,000 per cycle. Per the terms (19.3) purchased services stay governed by the terms version valid at the time of order.

Discloses whether accounts are simulated or live.

Per the footer and the help centre all accounts are demo accounts with virtual money; Master accounts are explicitly not live accounts but run in a simulation with quotes from liquidity providers. For Traders reserves the right to use selected traders' strategies and data for trades with its own accounts in real markets. Payouts (performance rewards) are discretionary per the footer and terms, not guaranteed, and require For Traders to accept and license your trading data. One help article on the Instant account misleadingly speaks of a "live trading environment".

The criteria

The criteria come from our transparency check. A Red Flag needs a documented fact – a missing item is never a Red Flag.

Red Flag

  • Named on an official regulator warning list (exact name match). A listing is not proof of wrongdoing.
  • Documented payout stop, sales stop or closure (firm or group company) in the last 24 months.
  • Documented retroactive rule change for accounts already bought, in the last 24 months.
  • Rules not fully visible without logging in or buying.
  • No operating company with name and seat named in the terms.

Green Flag

  • Rules fully visible without logging in.
  • Operating company published with name, seat and registration number.
  • Terms carry a date or version.
  • Rule changes apply to new purchases only, with a cut-off date; no documented retroactive change in 24 months.
  • Country exclusions and KYC timing are visible before buying.
  • Payouts possible in other ways than crypto.
  • Discloses whether accounts are simulated or live.
  • Refund terms are public.

We show the firm's age as a fact, not as a flag.

Firm and further offers

  • Neither the price list, the rules page nor the help centre mentions a reset or a reset fee; per the Pay After Pass article a breach means buying a new account.

    Checked: fortraders.com, fortraders.com, help.fortraders.com

  • Per the help article on the profit target the 70% rule (no single trade or trades of the same idea above 70% of the target) only applies to accounts bought before 8 Jun 2026. The terms (11.1) and the article "What Is Forbidden With Us" (updated 21 Sep 2026) still list it as prohibited.

  • Forex Master leverage not unambiguous: the rules page, markets page and the current leverage article (15392485) give 1:30 (1:40 only for accounts bought before 8 Jun 2026, article 8075310). The plan data of the rules page, however, hold 1:40 (Fast, Classic) or 1:125 (Fast 25K, Pay After Pass) for Master accounts, and the FAQ says "Up to 1:100 on forex". Only the challenge leverage is therefore recorded; the Master leverage is in the note.

  • Contradictory, therefore not recorded: per the market-hours article (July 2025) trading runs only Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM to 3:10 PM CT, and positions still open at the end of these hours are closed automatically by For Traders. In contrast, the rules page (futures challenge: holding overnight and over the weekend) and the FAQ (overnight and weekend holding) allow holding, and "What Is Allowed With Us" allows weekend holding on all account types.
