Phase 1: FLEX Challenge (Evaluation)

Profit target

4 %

The Instant page also advertises "Pass Flex with Just 2% Profit" (promotion); the regular target is 4%.

faq.ftuk.com
Daily loss

5 %

from the higher of balance and equity at day start

Reset: 22:00 UTC

a breach ends the account

Plus the Account Protector: if the floating loss of open positions (per instrument or in total) falls below −2% of the starting balance, FTUK closes the positions; for FLEX Funded and Instant Funding accounts bought from 27 Jan 2026 a second trigger terminates the account (the FLEX article states generally: first violation soft breach, second hard breach). Daily limit based on the higher of balance and equity at 22:00 UTC.

faq.ftuk.com
Maximum loss

6 % · other calculation

See the firm's rule text.

Stops: Starts at −6% of the initial balance and trails the highest closing balance (high-water mark); once it reaches the initial balance it locks there.

FTUK calls it a "Maximum Trailing Drawdown" and does not say whether the high-water mark is measured continuously or at the end of the day.

faq.ftuk.com
Minimum trading days

1 day

Trading day per FTUK: a 24-hour window (22:00–21:59 UTC) with at least 0.5% profit on the stage's starting balance.

Conflict: the FAQ states 1 minimum trading day in the evaluation, the Flex Challenge page and the homepage say "None".

Simulated account with profit shareSIM

"Funded" means here what the firm itself states below.

Account type

Simulated account

Per the checkout all accounts run exclusively in a simulated environment with no live market execution; per the terms FTUK provides no live trading itself but may, at its discretion, enter traders' trades in its own account. Per the homepage you trade simulated capital and get paid "real Rewards".

Consistency rule

≤ 20 % · other formula

payout waits until met

Requirement for every payout on the “funded” account: the best trading day must be less than 20% of the total profit requested (levels 1–2; levels 3–4: 30%, levels 5–6: 40%). Example: for a USD 2,000 request the best day must be below USD 400. Carrying a partly closed position overnight resets the score.

faq.ftuk.com
Trading days per payout

none

faq.ftuk.com
Profit split

60 %, up to 90 %

Level 1 60%, level 2 65%, level 3 70%, level 4 75%, level 5 80%, level 6 90%; one level up per 10% profit. The level's rate applies only when the level's profit is withdrawn in a single request (at least 10%); several smaller requests get 60%.

The price card on the Flex Challenge page shows "Up to 80%", the rules table on the same page "Up to 90%".

faq.ftuk.com
First payout

On demand once the “funded” consistency requirement is met; no minimum trading days and no profit target on the “funded” account. KYC before the first payout.

The Payout Locker article (per FTUK it applies "only to challenge programs") requires 10 trading days after each level-up before the first payout and then locks the loss limit at the level's starting balance; FTUK does not say whether it applies to FLEX.

faq.ftuk.com
Payout rhythm

on request

Payouts on demand with no fixed window. Per the FAQ approval usually within 24–48 working hours, funds arrive in 1–3 working days depending on the method; the account is view-only while the request is pending. The About and Instant pages advertise "no minimums".

Minimum payout

– not documented for this version

Scaling

Six levels: each 10% profit raises the profit split (60 → 90%) and the consistency limit (20 → 40%). FTUK currently offers no add-ons for FLEX.

faq.ftuk.com
Inactivity

At least one trade opened and closed every 30 days, otherwise an automatic hard breach. Breaks of 30 to 90 days must be reported to support beforehand; longer breaks are decided case by case.

Trading rules

News trading

allowed

The add-on articles additionally say "Purchased add-ons can be used at all levels, but news trading is excluded"; FTUK does not explain this further.

faq.ftuk.com
Holding overnight

allowed

Holding overnight is allowed, but only whole positions: if a position is partly closed during the day, the rest must be closed by 22:00 UTC (positions opened within 30 minutes on the same instrument count as one). A violation resets the consistency score; repeated violations may breach the account.

faq.ftuk.com
Holding over the weekend

allowed

faq.ftuk.com
EAs / bots

allowed

EAs and bots allowed. Prohibited with or without an EA: martingale and anti-scaling, tick scalping, reverse, latency and hedge arbitrage, grid trading, HFT; every trade must stay open at least 30 seconds. The terms, by contrast, say traders should "not rely on signals, bots or software".

faq.ftuk.com
Copy trading

restricted

Allowed only from your own non-FTUK account legally tied to you; copying between FTUK accounts, even your own, is prohibited, as is placing the same trades on several FTUK accounts.

faq.ftuk.com
Leverage

Forex 1:50 / 1:30 · Metals 1:10 · Indices 1:10 · Commodities 1:5 · Crypto 1:2

Forex 1:50 in the evaluation, 1:30 on the “funded” account; other values the same in both phases. "commodities" = non-metal commodities.
