- Account type
Simulated account
Per the checkout all accounts run exclusively in a simulated environment with no live market execution; per the terms FTUK provides no live trading itself but may, at its discretion, enter traders' trades in its own account. Per the homepage you trade simulated capital and get paid "real Rewards".
checkout.ftuk.com- Daily loss
5 %
from the higher of balance and equity at day start
Reset: 22:00 UTC
a breach ends the account
Plus the Account Protector: if the floating loss of open positions (per instrument or in total) falls below −2% of the starting balance, FTUK closes the positions; for FLEX Funded and Instant Funding accounts bought from 27 Jan 2026 a second trigger terminates the account (the FLEX article states generally: first violation soft breach, second hard breach). Daily limit based on the higher of balance and equity at 22:00 UTC.
faq.ftuk.com- Maximum loss
6 % · trailing (closed balance)
The floor follows the highest closed balance in real time.
Stops: Relative to the balance: example 10K – floor USD 9,400, at a balance of 10,250 the floor moves to 9,650; once it reaches the initial balance it locks there.
With the paid "Increased Drawdown" add-on 8% instead of 6%; the daily limit stays at 5%.
faq.ftuk.com- Consistency rule
≤ 20 % · other formula
payout waits until met
A consistency score below 20% (levels 1–2) is required for payouts and for scaling up. FTUK does not describe the calculation separately for Instant Funding; for the FLEX Challenge it reads: best trading day below 20% of the total profit requested. Higher levels: per the programme table below 30% (levels 3–5) and below 40% (level 6), per the scaling article 30% (levels 3–4) and 40% (levels 5–6). Carrying a partly closed position overnight resets the score.
faq.ftuk.com- Trading days per payout
none
faq.ftuk.com- Profit split
65 %, up to 90 %
Level 1 65%, level 2 70%, level 3 75%, level 4 80%, level 5 85%, level 6 90%; one level up per 10% profit. The level's rate applies only when the level's profit is withdrawn in a single request (at least 10%); several smaller requests get 65%.
"20% Additional Profit Boost" add-on: +20% on every payout amount (e.g. USD 500 → 600), not on the profit share.
faq.ftuk.com- First payout
On demand once the consistency score is below 20%; no minimum trading days. KYC before the first payout.
The payout-request article instead says Instant Funding payouts are based on the 10% level target achieved, not on profits beyond it; eligibility arises once the level target is reached.
ftuk.com- Payout rhythm
on request
Payouts on demand with no fixed window. Per the FAQ approval usually within 24–48 working hours, funds arrive in 1–3 working days depending on the method; the account is view-only while the request is pending. The About and Instant pages advertise "no minimums".
ftuk.com- Minimum payout
– not documented for this version
- Cap per payout
Per the FAQ an Instant Funding payout is based on the 10% level target, not on profits beyond it (up to level 6).
faq.ftuk.com- Scaling
Six levels, each with a 10% level target; each level raises the profit split (65 → 90%) and the consistency limit. The consistency requirement must be met before scaling up.
faq.ftuk.com- Inactivity
At least one trade opened and closed every 30 days, otherwise an automatic hard breach. Breaks of 30 to 90 days must be reported to support beforehand; longer breaks are decided case by case.

Trading rules
- News trading
allowed
The add-on articles additionally say "Purchased add-ons can be used at all levels, but news trading is excluded"; FTUK does not explain this further.
faq.ftuk.com- Holding overnight
allowed
Holding overnight is allowed, but only whole positions: if a position is partly closed during the day, the rest must be closed by 22:00 UTC (positions opened within 30 minutes on the same instrument count as one). A violation resets the consistency score; repeated violations may breach the account.
faq.ftuk.com- Holding over the weekend
allowed
faq.ftuk.com- EAs / bots
allowed
EAs and bots allowed. Prohibited with or without an EA: martingale and anti-scaling, tick scalping, reverse, latency and hedge arbitrage, grid trading, HFT; every trade must stay open at least 30 seconds. The terms, by contrast, say traders should "not rely on signals, bots or software".
faq.ftuk.com- Copy trading
restricted
Allowed only from your own non-FTUK account legally tied to you; copying between FTUK accounts, even your own, is prohibited, as is placing the same trades on several FTUK accounts.
faq.ftuk.com- Leverage
Forex 1:30 · Metals 1:10 · Indices 1:10 · Commodities 1:5 · Crypto 1:2
The same at every level. "commodities" = non-metal commodities.

Paid challenge on a simulated account · the fee is usually lost when a rule is broken · firms are generally not supervised · CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage.
