a breach ends the account
A trading day runs from 17:00:00 to 16:59:59 New York time. At 17:00 the threshold is recalculated from the previous trading day's closing balance; open equity and floating losses count. Breach = Hard Breach: the account is closed immediately, with no warning and no strike.
finotivefunding.com- Maximum loss
10 % · static
The floor stays fixed at the starting balance minus the limit.
Static from the initial balance and does not trail profits; open equity and floating losses count. Breach = Hard Breach: the account is closed immediately and permanently, with no warning and no strike.
finotivefunding.com- Minimum trading days
2 days
Day on which the balance at 17:00 New York time exceeds the previous trading day's closing balance by at least 0.5% of the initial balance.
finotivefunding.com- Time limit
– not documented for this version
- Consistency rule
none
The Pro consistency rule (T&C 10.6) applies only from the 31st “funded” day; the challenge phase serves as the baseline. The product card shows "Trading Consistency: Required" for Pro.

Simulated account with profit shareSIM
"Funded" means here what the firm itself states below.
- Account type
Simulated account
Per T&C 1.3 all accounts are demo, simulated, notional and non-executable; the "funded" account stays simulated and trades are not placed in live markets. A live account with Finotive Markets is a separate relationship.

finotivefunding.com- Maximum loss
10 % · static
The floor stays fixed at the starting balance minus the limit.
Static from the initial balance and does not trail profits; floating losses count; breach = Hard Breach with immediate, permanent closure. In addition, the floating loss per symbol must not exceed 2% of the initial balance (Floating Drawdown): breach = 1 strike and that cycle's payout at a 10% split. During the evaluation phases the same 2% threshold only appears in the progression report.
finotivefunding.com- Consistency rule
≤ 25 % · other formula
other consequence
From the 31st “funded” day: weekly trade count and volume per instrument must stay within ±25% of the averages from the Pro Challenge and the first 30 “funded” days; the top five instruments by volume and "Other" must stay within ±25% of their historical share. In addition, at least 5% profit (realised and unrealised, payouts already made included) per rolling 90 days. Example: with an average of 20 trades a week so far, from day 31 a week with fewer than 15 or more than 25 trades breaks the band. Consequence: downgrade to the equivalent standard “funded” Challenge account; all Pro benefits (100% split, salary, lower commission) are permanently removed from that account. The rules page shows "Best day under 25% of profit" instead; per T&C 1.6 the Terms prevail.
Besides the Pro consistency rule, separate conditions apply at each payout request: HFT (at least 20% of positive realised profit from trades held under 120 seconds, once 10 trades are closed) and Liquidity Abuse (at least 20% of profit from trades opened and closed between 21:00:00 and 22:59:59 UTC). If either is active at the request: 1 strike and that cycle's payout at a 10% split. Five strikes close the account permanently; strikes are cleared when the account reaches “funded” status.
finotivefunding.com- Trading days per payout
2 days
Day on which the balance at 17:00 New York time exceeds the previous trading day's closing balance by at least 0.5% of the initial balance.
finotivefunding.com- Profit split
80 %, up to 100 %
80% at the start, 100% after 30 “funded” days while Pro status is retained and the account is compliant. Plus a salary of 1% of purchased capital per rolling 30 calendar days, accruing daily from “funded” status and paid monthly (T&C 10.5). In contrast, the rules page states "up to 90% split".
finotivefunding.com- First payout
On demand once the account has simulated “funded” status and all conditions are met (minimum profitable days, all positions closed, KYC, compliance).
finotivefunding.com- Payout rhythm
weekly
After the first approved payout a 7-calendar-day cooldown applies between requests, unless the Dashboard says otherwise.
finotivefunding.com- Minimum payout
– not documented for this version
- Payout fees
Finotive names no payout fee of its own. Rewards are first credited to the Finotive Pay balance; currency conversion, bank, crypto network, wallet and provider fees are borne by the trader (T&C 12.4). Finotive Pay fees may change (T&C 12.1). Withdrawals from Finotive Pay are processed on Fridays.
finotivefunding.com- Scaling
Rolling 90-day cycle: at least 50 trades, no more than 5% of net profit from a single trade, 10% profit in 90 days, all 3 months profitable, no Hard Breach. Each successful cycle adds 30% to the balance, up to USD 680,000 per account. Per-trader limits: purchased capital USD 600,000, scaled allocation USD 2,040,000.
finotivefunding.com- Inactivity
30 consecutive calendar days without a trade on the account count as prohibited behaviour; Finotive may then close the account permanently and reject a linked Reward Payment Request.

Trading rules
- News trading
allowed
Allowed where the trade reflects a genuine directional view. News straddling is prohibited: straddled, offsetting or hedged exposure on the same or correlated instruments from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after Red or Amber Forex Factory events, earnings or geopolitical news (T&C 7.9).
finotivefunding.com- Holding overnight
allowed
The comparison page lists "Weekend and Overnight Holding" for 2 Step and 2 Step Pro and "Overnight Holding" for Instant; it makes no separate statement for 1 Step and 1 Step Pro. The Terms contain no overnight restriction, and the weekend rule in T&C 7.7 applies to Instant only. With the Swap-Free add-on active, the misuse rule in T&C 7.12 applies.
finotivefunding.com- Holding over the weekend
allowed
The weekend rule (T&C 7.7) applies to Instant Funding accounts only; for other accounts Finotive only points to the risks of market closure and gaps.
finotivefunding.com- EAs / bots
restricted
Only Expert Advisors you developed, own and control yourself; Finotive may ask for proof, an explanation or a live demonstration (T&C 7.10).
finotivefunding.com- Copy trading
restricted
Commercial copiers for your own trades only (including from an external broker or prop account). Prohibited: copying third-party or shared master accounts, signal providers, account managers, challenge-passing services. Account Co-ordination: more than 80% of positions hedged between accounts or copied between users over at least 5 trades (T&C 7.18).
finotivefunding.com- Hedging
restricted
Hedging, offsetting and copying across accounts or between users is prohibited (T&C 7.2, 7.18), as is offsetting exposure around news (T&C 7.9). The Terms say nothing explicit about hedging within one account outside news.
finotivefunding.com- Leverage
max 1:50
Indicative "up to 1:50" for Pro accounts per T&C 6.4; lower on some instruments. The product data embedded in the Pro page carries 100 for 2 Step Pro instead (50 for 1 Step Pro); the page itself does not display leverage. Per T&C 10.4 Pro accounts pay a 25% lower commission. A Notional Volume Limit per account size also applies (5,000% of balance at 2.5k, 4,000% at 5k, 3,000% at 10k, 2,500% at 25k, 2,000% at 50k, 1,250% at 100k, 1,000% at 200k); breach = immediate strike (with an account reset during the evaluation, a 10% split for that cycle on “funded” or Instant accounts).

Paid challenge on a simulated account · the fee is usually lost when a rule is broken · firms are generally not supervised · CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage.
Data gaps
Report an errorWe looked for these for this programme and found no source. They show as "–", never as 0.
The fee is refunded automatically to the original payment method if the account is in net profit on the 30th day after “funded” status is granted, independent of any payout (T&C 8.5, 14.2). The trigger is a profit check on a fixed day, not a payout, so it fits none of the values. The homepage instead advertises "Fee refunded with first payout".
